Can't see why they ran two lines the whole way to the back
Think its to guarantee both brakes are equal. They had two actuators didnt they? Last thing you want when breaking at speed... on a corner... on a forest track is for one side to lock up.
 
One master cylinder for each axle. The two sides just tee off each other in the engine bay, not sure why they did it there

Hardly gonna plumb it up for cross plumbed brakes like most cars? Either that or a hydraulic handbrake?
