Thanks very much CJay

Thanks mike. yip we got the 130-3 resrayed bout 7years ago when we bought her. Shes a great machine. Flail is a brilliant job. Wouldnt be without them. You can face and top a hedge from the one spot and just leave 1 track up fields. Where as with the tractor ur up and down the field half a dozen times and with weather we,ve had you soon start to sink into the ground.

great pictures and some tidy gear there, i take it you have to run the tractor on white for shifting the diggers :whistling:

Hows it goin nashmach? Just run the two valtras a green 6400 and the red T-Series. we had the red 6400 Valmet a few years back but it and a JCB Fastrac where traded in for the T-Series. We ran Fiat 90-90's Before that.

hey jimbo, welcome aboard, good to see you posting away, big brownie points for that here:laugh:.

some great photos there i must say.

tell me this, how did the driver of the digger on its side manage that?

and in one of the photos that isnt so clear, did one tractor drive over the side into the other one?

ooh, and if ya dont mind me askin, are they just standard hedgecutter heads on the diggers?
hardly with the same motor if they are are they?

Hello Tinman. Thank you for the welcome.

One of the heads is just a standard bomford head off our hedgecutter for the tractor. The motor i assume is the same. we just work the digger at less revs than we do with the saws. The other is Called a Mulchmaster. and its built specilly for a 13-15ton digger. Its a lot heavier and stronger than the Bomford. I'l post up some pictures of the two beside eachother.:thumbup1:

The Ex100 on her side happened way back in early 90's The driver was digging a tank and tracked his tracks out over the edge abit to reach a stone that had rolled away. anyway when he reached his jib out all weight went to front and the ground below gave way and she toppeld. He drove for my father for 25 years. and was one of the best about. So just goes to show Accidents can happen to the best. Sadly he past away last year.

The Muirhill was rolling the silo and went over the edge. The picture was taken when we were pulling her back up. and that Sheaff was below lifting her

Theres a picture there also thats very unclear. Its off our Hymac 580c Bogged into the straps in a moss in the 80's

Heres a few pictures of the hedgecutting machinery tinman
