And also, as a potato farmer, i don't get any muck in the tractor
Lucky escape. Small things can catch you out on a second hand buy like that. That was an unusual one though. Worth taking a good look at fuses and general electrics maybeNearly burned up the whole tractor today.. yesterday i cleaned the cab and somehow had turned on the back window wiper wich had gotten somehow stuck or rusted.. so today when i started the tractor to let i warm up i started smelling something burnt, i looked everywhere and then i saw smoke coming from the roof fuses and from the wiper cable at the back, i quickly turned off the tractor and it calmed down, but the WHOLE cable was melted down and all i saw was copper:cry: but luckily nothing more was damaged besides the cable.. surprised that the fuse didint blow:scratchhead:
The seat in my 7480 did the same here a few weeks agoNearly burned up the whole tractor today.. yesterday i cleaned the cab and somehow had turned on the back window wiper wich had gotten somehow stuck or rusted.. so today when i started the tractor to let i warm up i started smelling something burnt, i looked everywhere and then i saw smoke coming from the roof fuses and from the wiper cable at the back, i quickly turned off the tractor and it calmed down, but the WHOLE cable was melted down and all i saw was copper:cry: but luckily nothing more was damaged besides the cable.. surprised that the fuse didint blow:scratchhead:

It was a 10 fuse, witch i think is right.. yes very lucky, 5more minutes and the roof would have been on fire.. here is two pics of the 7495 ( my coworkers tractor) and my t6070

Bit of small bedtime reading:eek3:There is a list of codes some where between page 1 and 113
It is possible to get a false diagnosis when 221 occurs, due to the trailer suddenly pushing you can get a load fluctuation in the transmission. Because the dog clutches have play in them to allow them to engage there is quite a bit of back lash through clutches and planetry gears, so if a sensor suddenly sends a different speed signal it panics!!! 87 can be a reaction to 221.Hi, has been driving tvt two days a row now, 10hours a day, shifting dung, 45min per load, it's been a nice drive a a soon as i got the transmission setting on 3 instead of 8 it started pulling.. two fault codes has come, both at the same time, it happened 3 times under these two days, it happens when wn low speed under 10km/h and doesnt have 4wd on, when turning on icy road and wagon pushes on. The two codes are sgr 087 and sgr 221 or was it 222, the 087 is speed sensor not plausible, snd the other is soleonoid valve clutch, doesnt open or doesnt shift. When they came it came with SGR in screen and a small sound from gearbox like a gear didint go in. I clutched immediatly and after everthing was normal again..
