Getting closer to autonomous tractors?

Id hate to be the first fella in the county with one of those, not because of reliability or the cost of it but because you’d be worn out from lads calling to see it in action (and criticizing the quality of your ploughing)!

Very impressive all the same and will likely become mainstream in time.
Lots of moving parts though.....

At the end of the video there were the dislikes of a lot of added weight also. It’s lighter they’d want to be making them...

Looks be based on a standard Kuhn vari-master hydraulic break-back plough with some electronics and extra hydraulic circuitry to raise bodies as required. No more moving parts than the standard plough, I'd say.

But the parts are moving a lot more than normal.

Father had a Kvernland with the leaf springs and the legs were moving all the time. Admittedly not all the way up like that Kuhn does. I think he said he did have all the boards up at the same time once though.

Well I meant the depth wheels in general, always some use for them whether It's a grubber or harrow etc.

It is,the tines would of been staggered over 3 rows.

I'll never forget my neighbour sticking 15t of bales behind his little 4600:eek3: the poor thing was on its knees,not as bad as 30t behind a 6600,two artic trailers full of concrete pipes.
