Just being pointed out to me that ANC payments will be paid on arable land in 2019 with no stocking requirements. I take it this is just new this year?
"Arable lands, situated in designated areas, will be eligible for payment in 2019. It should be noted that these arable lands will not be subject to or taken into account in the calculation of stocking requirements."
Surprised haven't seen any discussion on this?
