image.jpeg Hi there, not sure if this is the right place to post this but thought you may like to see the project myself and my son have built. Classically a working farm vehicle we hope the Land Rover Series III may appeal to you, with all doors opening and an engine inside the bonnet, it has great detail. We have submitted it to Lego Ideas and if we can get 10,000 people to support us Lego will consider making it as a product you can then buy. We have over 5500 supporters. It only takes 5 minutes and we would really appreciate your support. Feedback is welcome and feel free to pass it on, every vote counts.

Here is the link to register your support :)

image.png Over 6000 supporters now so support is growing. Here is some feedback from Land Rover themselves which is great. All we need now is for you to register your support to hopefully get the Lego Land Rover in the shops!

image.jpeg We were very lucky that Land Rover invited us to their Discovery launch last night and we managed to get a couple of pics with a couple of well known people. Just over 2800 supporters needed now, feeling positive that we can get to 10,000 supporters. If you haven't registered please do.

image.jpeg Just an update for you, we are now over 3/4 of the way there with over 7500 supporters which is great! We need you to encourage your family members and friends to register (an update has just been done which they say makes supporting us easier) and help us get to the 10000 Lego review stage to get this produced :)

Our next exhibiting shows are Brick Lego Show in Birmingham in 2 weeks and Classic Car Show in Birmingham middle of November so might see you there if you are attending! ;) here is the link in case you need it!

Yes we have made it to review stage! It's going to be a few months wait now before we find out whether the Lego Land Rover will be produced.

We wanted to say a big thank you for your support/feedback/encouragement, it has really meant a lot. Fingers crossed now we can get approved for sale in the Lego Shop! [IMG]

    Hi there,

Thought best let you know that the results have come out and Lego have decided not to produce the Land Rover so it won't be for sale in store.

We are obviously very disappointed as we know there was a market for this but would like to thank you for your support. We couldn't have got as far as we did without it! [IMG]

Hello, although we are not allowed to sell anything for 3 years to do with the models we put on the Ideas website we are able to give the instructions away for free! Therefore rather than waiting 3 years this is what we have decided to do. We have created a website 4x4bricks.com where we hope to have the LEGO parts list in the next week followed shortly after with the instructions for the Series III as just finishing them off. I'm afraid this is the best we can do but we were determined not to just let it go after all the support we had.
