Different cabs than usual

Not one you'd ever see over here:

Bar some 856's.

Has to be very rare. You'd wonder why they bothered putting a new low profile cab on the 4230s etc when they already had that.

There was an article in one of the tractor mags about that recently, I think that cab cost a fortune to make, it was a modified XL cab and I think they had to chop up XL cabs to make them

That's right and the chief engineer wasn't a fan.

Case IH also had a relationship with Tim/Timmermann cabs from the 55 series days so their low profile cab probably had an advantage there.

Their were quite a few 46s round here with Duncan cabs I always thought they looked just "right"

No you,d be right enough nash that cab would have had a raised fiberglass roof white colored having said that the 290 here had a steel roof witch made it about 2 or 3 inches lower than the standard one.

Without doors, I dont think so tbh, good S/h ones might not be hens teeth, but they wont be easily got either
New here, but add painting and glass and its a dear cab

No doors And No glass. No way.

The Same seller often has doors up On Donedeal So He knows their value No doubt.

I'm not actively looking for a cab but if a good solid one came up at a sensible price I might be interested,
when you would buy it and then doors and glass on top of it, it would be getting dear
