That's expected. The are disappointed with sales of the global series in Ireland and the uk
I can't say I'm surprised, I know everyone says there's a demand for a basic tractor but those yokes would be basic if they were launched 30 years ago
 
The dyna 4 gearbox is been fazed out for the 6700 series shortly. Only going to be available with the dyna 6 box . Fair price difference between the 2
I guess it'll be fazed out on the 7700's aswell. Ur right it adds about 6k to a new 7700 anyway.
 
It was going to add 10k to the price of a 6615 when work bought one 2yrs ago . Didn’t think the 76/77 could be got with dyna 4 @Mf 7715

The smaller 7700S can still be had with Dyna 4, in fact the 7714 can only be had with this transmission.

Interestingly just working on the translation of MF triple test (6713 Global, 5713S Dyna 6 and 6713S Dyna VT) for the Feb issue and the difference between a 5713S Dyna 4 and Dyna 6 is around €2,000 if I am reading things correctly
 
My 7715 is dyna 4, a 7715 can be spec'ed either dyna 4 or 6, @Profi Farmer is correct a 7714 is avaible only dyna 4. All other 7700's are dyna 6. When I bought my 7715 if I got it as a dyna 6 it wud be less than 2k cheaper than a 7718.
I presume the 7715 is 40k? Would you not find the gears very far apart?
 
It's 40k alrite, i get on grand with it, it's 16/16 box, had a 24/24 before it, in a dyna 6 6400's, so was a bit concerned, but no issues with gear spaces i use it for baling mowing and road work.
 
If you had bought an equivalent 200hp tractor from another manufacturer with the same spec as your 720 Fendt how much do you reckon it would be costing to change it for the equivalent replacement as the above quotes at the same age/hours?

I never got a quote on a 6170/90r at the time as I was glad to be rid of my woeful 6150r one things for sure a jd would have been cheaper to service.

Didn't want a lwb Massey,Valtra dealer was crap (since lost franchise) Case didn't have a local dealer at the time,never considered a nh.

My 240cvx is fully loaded (apart from leather seat) it's guidance ready,700 screen etc ... has comparable pto Hp to a fendt 828,so to compare prices it's £50/55k cheaper than a fendt,in 4 years time I'll know the cost to change.
 
And how much is it's nearest replacement now?
It's nearest replacement wud be a 7718 I suppose essential spec, it what most lads replace 6480's transport spec with. I was quoted 83k+ about 102k inl for one last year. So 50 to change inl vat.
