    Did anyone ever hear of a JD 2955 or know anything about them, I saw a picture today of one on the front cover of a book that someone had bought. I thought it was a mistake but apparently they exist

    I was admiring that last night too. Grand set of tyres on it, and in very good order. Probably seen a bit of lipstick in the last while. I don't think they were revered quite as much as a 3650. Had a Roosemaster injector pump and were supposed to be a bit dead. Some were converted to CAV after.

    If thats the only thing wrong with it shes a well priced tractor.

    On further examination the dash surround looks like cardboard. More than likely was a budget restoration which makes you wonder what it was like before it was done
