Just had a mess with google earth and thought I would show you my bit of England(well the bit I pays my cash for)
The bit on the right is quite steep hiilside down to the road.
To the left is reasonably flat, thats the bit with the small quarry in it.
sort of below and left of that is level but with steep heather covered sides down to the pond and river, and the tri angle bit is sort of a gentle slope, and quite sheltered.
OOh I do like messing:thumbup:

It is quite a big download, but easy to use once you have it.

Some places in Scotland arnt as clear as this is, but it is great for skenning round the world, If you havnt used it, you will be amazed, go to the states and look at some of the 3d views or the plane graveyards in the deserts, or the milatary bases with bombers at the ready. Then just hop over the great wall of china!

I didn't realise how far south you are Grumpy. When you scan out it looks like a semi upland area surounded by lower more arable land? Not far from the Hub of Scotland!

yup rises to 1500 feet,we are between 600 and 900.15 miles north of edinburgh.

that link doesnt work for up here so a few pics instead
taken from the top of a feed bin
