    Where is the battery?
Aluminium rads and acid vapours just don't mix.

Battery is under the step on the other side, lower part of rad holds dust and crap then wet air sucked down and through caused it to corrode.
JCB price is near £1k,feck em!

I would always of found copper cores much better than Aluminium in those types of situation.
Do you have a local rad repair shop?

Yes rang him this afternoon and he said bring it in to see if he could repair it,told me the same 2 years ago with another loadall, got there and he said cheaper for a new one.

He also said a copper core is better but he wasn’t sure if he could get one,I’m not over impressed by him seems to just buy stuff in,the days of skilled lads making stuff seems to have gone.

Anyone with older tractors (20+ years old) have a look at the rads in them and then have a look at the flimsy paper thin rads in todays 100 grand plus tractors. It's shocking what we're allowing manufactures get away with. You won't see to much plastic used in the rads in the older models either.

After trying my best for a core to fit mine,g m radiators will only sell to bona fide radiator repairers (twats) oh and the fact they come from Dubai and it’s a 12 week wait.

Another local firm have got me a full rad for £383 delivered...
