Vicon baler/wrapper

Hello. Frank Habold here from New Brunswick Canada. We have a vicon balepack 135. Last summer it was working great in 1st cut. Then start of 2nd cut the baler door would only open a third of the way and then stop or shudder. And then you would get an alarm because the open/close sensor would not trip. Any ideas or if anybody else had that problem. Thanks.

No nothing about these so how does the door open, I guess you do it from the control box in the cab? What about the bale transfer set up, would there be a sensor to tell it everything is in the correct position for a bale to be ejected? So if there was a faulty/stuck sensor and it thought something was a miss with the bale transfer would it stop the door opening??
 
Was it on the same tractor? Does it have a freeflow return? Would one of your hydraulic couplers be damaged, reducing flow?
 
Check and see if the wrapper is jumping out of line of something is out of sink with the sensor. If it's alarming up at you it's because it thinks something is not in place.
