Anyone know what the connection in the pic is called . They sit in to a hole and the clip in the second pic comes in from the sides so they can’t fall out . There fitted on the weighing scales here attached to feet of the weigh cells .

What are they off or on and what are they doing?
There’s a 12 thread on them and there threaded in to steel plates with a rubber sole that forms the legs for weigh cells on the cattle scales here at home . The bit in the pic sits in a hole on the weigh cell . Probably can be got as a complete piece including the rubber base from the crowd that we got them off . Gripe being the rubber bases keep coming apart . Thinking of trying to make different legs for them . The ones in the pic are seized in the plates and don’t want to damage them taking them off . As the scales is used regularly.
