last year about this time the pigeon dropped near me followed by the other ,it got it in the corner behind the diesel tank and wasnt givin up its breakfast camera flash or not ,I wondered if it was a kite hence the question

well first and foremost ita pee'd off one cos someone stopped it eating its tea,
But yes its a kestrel
