High CPU usage by Yourphone.exe

Recently I have been dealing with excessively high CPU usage for the past few weeks. I saw in the task manager that YourPhone.exe using high cpu.
Does anyone have any what's the reason behind this?

Thanks sparkey!! Also found a solution here https://appuals.com/yourphone-exe-high-cpu-usage/ for my problem and i just follow the instruction and the problem is sovled.
