A friend of mine was quoted 85 for what's currently in stock. Could be by the pallet though at that price I'm not sure. Hell of a difference thoughSilage wrap €96 a roll in Glanbia.

They would do nicely for a project here. What size and price each are they approx?Silage walls arrived today.
I think they are 4ft wide and 8 and abit high. 320e plus vat. They would do nicely for a project here. What size and price each are they approx?
Am going to try anyway. Have vat to be got on 11 water troughs too so will see how it goesYou get the vat back on them?
Ya drumderry are there too. Have gotten water troughs off Murphy's and very happy with them so said would stick with themVery good, I thought Drumderry would be the only crowd doing them down there, had forgotten Murphys. Looks a good finish on them.
Why not just expensive them in the current year, instead of putting them over 6 years?Am going to try anyway. Have vat to be got on 11 water troughs too so will see how it goes
My thoughts exactly. Why not just expensive them in the current year, instead of putting them over 6 years?
Ya that's what I will be doing. Why not just expensive them in the current year, instead of putting them over 6 years?
😳😳 that’s a fair whack. Was lifting a rolls out for a neighbour yesterday that had just gotten 10 rolls @€83Silage wrap €96 a roll in Glanbia.
Wouldn't bet on it. Soybean at 16 dollars a bushel, corn at nearly 8, fuel up 50% in US, corn stocks shortage and drought and cold conditions this spring creating a shortage for ethanol. Its looking like inflation is starting. You just can't had everyone 2000 euro for nothing and expect everything to be OK. Beef is going down in the US because they are killing rather than feeding with grain prices so high.Got a pallet at €85 a roll.
Will probably be €70 a roll next month so😂😂😂
From the same supplier? They dropped 11 euro in the day?Got a pallet at €85 a roll.

I'll bet you all the money in my pockets against all the money in your pockets that it won'tWouldn't bet on it. This next 18 months will be tough, but land could be going for couple grand an acre by 2023.
Well then you can't reclaim the VAT aswellYa that's what I will be doing.
Your on I've a couple of coppers in mine, how much you giving me by 2023 lolI'll bet you all the money in my pockets against all the money in your pockets that it won't
buying it for 85 by the roll, without even asking merchant to do it cheaper. Just used a few rolls a few weeks ago. Quality looks goodSilage wrap €96 a roll in Glanbia
I'll be claiming the vat if I can on them. Think we have wires crossedWell then you can't reclaim the VAT aswell
One or two of the acres ill have bought between now and then as payment??😅Your on I've a couple of coppers in mine, how much you giving me by 2023 lol
Ah, I was assuming you weren't vat registered for your dairy farmI'll be claiming the vat if I can on them. Think we have wires crossed
I am not but I can claim vat back on building work and things like that. I am not sure if I will be able to get it on the walls as technically they aren't fixed but I'll tryAh, I was assuming you weren't vat registered for your dairy farm
You can only reclaim vat if its a capital expense, therefore wrote off over the 6 years or write off as current expenditure in 1 year and not reclaim vatI am not but I can claim vat back on building work and things like that. I bought one to fix a cabinet for a meter box for ESB to drive an electric fence, no bother lift it with the NH 740 loader, had to have a wall so it was as easy dig a 4ft hole and bury the section.Would you move them around with a tractor loader
