Yes AFAIK all Fendt 400 are Deutz.
The ones from 2006 on are better tractors than pre 06 too.

What did Bog Man pay for the repairs on the 01 Fendt 716 . It has 10500 hours. It got a Vario and an auxiliary pump and a couple of Bushings.

Has being know to be as simple as a pipe burst apparently. If replace I’d say 8-9k plus 1.5-2 for pump plus must be 2-3k labour. Can’t be much change from 15k…

There’s no breakdown for hours of labour.

I need to ask the local lad how his vario repair is fairing on his 926.

I’m going to claim my estimates we’re ex vat as I was pricing for a large tillage barron!! After all the scaremongering it’s a good price and the tractor will be sound for another 10 at least. You might still manage a week and half in Kelly’s!!

One thing though I don’t see filters priced hopefully they changed.

It had under 7000 at about ten years old. We actually do not do a lot of hours on it. I cannot remember what we paid for it somewhere around 32 plus vat.

Look, It's a substantial bill, I think it's fair though.
Nothing looks out of line.
I paid around 12k for a full rebuild of a powershift box about 12 years ago.
Tell the truth, no trouble since.
You still have a valuable/saleable tractor.

A fellow over the road has paid out 20K on a Deutz and still has an unreliable tractor. We could work with one tractor as the Class has done the entire harvest on it’s own.
It is a twenty year old tractor that might not be finished causing trouble.
