What are you up to in the workshop?

well lads anyone ever done the bearings in the pick up of a welger 245 baler there's 4 little 1s in it seem to be a devil to get out any ideas on a handy way

There’s a few of the bottom ones out a little too but not to worry as they don’t run on concrete.

A lovely wet day job. Ya may invest in the cordless grinder for the field
I'd say they would be laughing at a cordless, had to cut out one with the Hitachi 9", it took some cutting as you have to go through flail, bush and bolt and it has to be cut at both sides.

Iv a neighbours topper in to fix the slack in this bolt on brawbar. The bolt is siezed in the bush of the drawbar . Tried sledgeing. Heat , and an inch airgun on the nut at bottom and a big breaker bar still siezed . Any ideas ?

Try welding fully the nut of bolt a diameter slightly smaller than the pinto the top of the mounting. Insert bolt and tight the bolt into the nut. This should start the pin moving.

or could there be a step worn into it and physically can't move?

Have someone jiggle the drawbar as you sledge?
