Yeah the floor is 34 inches off the ground. It was a stepframe double deck curtain sider in its previous life

Hydraulic extension on the broughans is a super job have 2 of them in work can tighten in a load of bales hold them steady hate to see lads going around drawing bales with big gaps between the bales makes a very unsteady load, with hofthands all you need to do is come into the trailer at a good angle not straight on never tear them anyway unless there’s desperate bullery going on. Pic is the trailer at home it’s 25ft can get them 6 long without racks 
I'd say I met that Massey and Bale Trailer on the mountain road, west of Knocknagoshel on Saturday morning?

He's a customer of ours it's a fair well made trailer.If I was moving any amount of bales.

Should have said its 29 because we move as many bales in the winter as in the summer.
And the extra length is handy for really sagged bales.
It's probably a foot and a half two long during the summer.
Handy for hay tho you will squeeze an extra one in on the floor

friend of mine has bought a 23ft double axel one. To be ready in 3 weeks. Will wait and see what it’s like. Would like one the very same myself.

You should have a look at the Morris trailers mentioned above there too. Very well made job.

we did look at them. And Carey trailers. Morris trailers look very good but there is a big price difference
