Hydraulic extension on the broughans is a super job have 2 of them in work can tighten in a load of bales hold them steady hate to see lads going around drawing bales with big gaps between the bales makes a very unsteady load, with hofthands all you need to do is come into the trailer at a good angle not straight on never tear them anyway unless there’s desperate bullery going on. Pic is the trailer at home it’s 25ft can get them 6 long without racks
Should have said its 29 because we move as many bales in the winter as in the summer.
And the extra length is handy for really sagged bales.
It's probably a foot and a half two long during the summer.
