Bianco Bandsaw

The Bianco bandsaw I have has a tank that collects the coolant before it drains to a tank/reservoir in the base of the bandsaw. The is a dome type filter on the top and there seems to be a smaller mesh filter under the dome and it is clogged with steel cuttings. Does anyone know how you take it apart to clean it.

Not sure on cleaning but if you can fit one in throw a magnet off a speaker into the first tank if you can, should help stick all the swarf to it
