Bvd tag postage

Does anyone know if the postage cost for the bvd sample tags went up the other week when the general postage rates went up? Can't find any information less than 3 years old! Or is it still €2 ?

It's crazy that an post will retain the envelope and not deliver it if you don't put the correct postage on it, but it's impossible to find out what the current postage rate is! It's not even mentioned on their own website, and no search facility on there either.

They are quite helpful on the phone in my experience
