Trying to remember what year we bought this girl but thankfully it’s running well.
Did the engine oil and filter service this morning (A service as Merc call it). B service includes some air filters. I did the fuel filter once.
Genuine oil and oil filter cost €115 inc vat, expensive compared to spurious but not mega bucks.
Service interval is 25k km but I’m doing it at every 10k km. Car is currently at 153k km.
Got a local garage to replace the transmission oil and filter last year.
Every time I sit into it and drive it, I’m struck by how comfortable it is. Much nicer than my 2 year old Audi A4 avant.
Fingers crossed that it stays reliable.
