Farm partnership distance between farm holdings

Just a query. Is it possible to have a farm partnership between 2 farmers/holdings where the distance between the 2 holdings is greater than 75kms?

That's actually a sensible brain wave.
There were farms in the Midlands and east using blocks of poor land in the west as forage area and supposedly spreading slurry there .
Another example of a minority flouting the rules and causing problems for the majority

You can still do that, but you can't take a slurry credit for grazing cattle on ground more than 30kms away. If cattle are on the land dunging, surely the dung has to stay with the land they are grazing

Not sure who will own the shite of short term grazing from now on.

I have hauled slurry and dung well beyond 30kms so i also don't see an issue with using far away ground to spread slurry.
