Good food appreciation

Norrie wines...LOL.

I should think that any self respecting E.Corkonian would only have the likes of vintage Château Lafite in the cellar...especially when one joins the elite Fendt club!
What do they say? If you’ve no furniture, paint the front door......
Now then, where’s that tin of gloss.....

Since @Bog Man bought the fendt his wife can't figure out why so many visitors are taking a keen interest in the mantlepiece in the dining room
Having the Fendt repair money on the mantle piece is so 2012 . I hold it in a revolute account now.
I hit as many of my piers with the Fendt as I did with the TW .

Peers?
‘Tis ye’re the lads with the Peerage!

Does one automatically get conferred a title when one joins the hallowed Fendt club?

Was given a mini hamper at Xmas, only getting around to the Wexican crackers now, a bit dry so need a bit of Brie and drop of vino to get them down the hatch..
I'm surprised you aren't breaking out the full compliment, pears go surprisingly well with that combination

That I didnt ask.

we're 7 hours in, it's looking good, but not gotten the smoked effect I was hoping for, I think I started too cool.

10 hours in the bbq and 45 minutes resting in foil and Towels.

Unreal tasty, and so cheap. 23 euro it cost and would easily feed 6 serious meat eaters. There'll be some lovely sandwiches tomorrow.

I only got a pic half way through, too hungry at the first carving!!!

Looks good! I'd barely have patience to wait from breakfast to dinner so 10 hours would be a months wait for me. But slow cooking does some job on a decent piece of meat.

Some job have only done brisket so far about 8hrs you'd work up a fair hunger on the long cook, going to pick up a weber smokey mountain next so I'll have room for ribs to snack on while doing the slow cooks 😆

@TAFKAT what would you add to Guinness and pudding on toast to create a holy trinity?
