How to sharpen a drill

the best thing I found for sharpening drills was a good pair of glasses
you need to be able to see one hundred percent to do the job well

That's me stuffed then. I don't have any depth perception.

Even If you have one your still need to know how to put an edge on the hard way, drill doctors gonna struggle with this.....

Joe has the "appliance" for that in the workshop toys thread. Used to work in the boilershop of the local steelworks and had the machine shop next door sharpen a bunch of 2" drills on one. took a while but outstanding job.
