I'm Looking For...

Would anybody have an idea where the best place to go to look for replacement mudguards and back floor plate for an Ursus 4512? I haven't rang any of the breakers yet, I was hoping there might be someone that might specialise a bit more on Ursus parts? New would solve the problem as well, of course, but I doubt they'll be found new?

I'd try Brogan Tractors in Duncormick too, Nick Gore, the previous owner and Mick Casey sold a lot of them out of there. Might have something.

Thanks, I'll try Whites first though, they're way closer to collect. Closed today so I'll try both Monday.
Thanks for the suggestions, folks👍

A friend of mine looking for a steering box for a Ford/Shibaura 1220 compact tractor, is there any breakers specialising in compacts?

These will drill a lot more than two holes

Coolant will help a lot, you could rig up a simple dispenser from a bottle, a bit of tubing and a valve

I'm using cutting oil and also have dispenser bottle on drill .must be poor quality bits .when I bought drill bought uni bore bits with it and they are still cutting good .

I wouldn’t mind buying a second hand fusion 3 with less than 20k bales. The price of new ones is crazy. I do see Wexford dealers do seem to somehow have them more often than anyone else 1 and 2 year old machines with small bale counts, if anyone comes on something in a dealership by mistake keep me in mind. Probably won’t do anything until September but no harm to keep an eye out now.
