No idea but it was up around 83 inc?how does that compare to last year?
No don't buy any plastic bar a few rolls. Are you forward buying ? !!!
Ah, So it is back a small bit this year then. Hadn't seen that brand before. No idea but it was up around 83 inc?

I used a pallet of that wrap last year no bother and no complaints. Think i paid 64+ Vat maybe slightly less.Ah, So it is back a small bit this year then. Hadn't seen that brand before.
is it just me, or is all plastic pretty sh%te nowadays
I sell a bit of this stuff from time to time to the trade - worst margin thing I’ve ever come across, ever.
Same as last year I hear but there is now some levy on net which rises it by something like €5 a roll ish
Grass is scarce so once the plastic is in the country for October it should be fine!!!Yep, levy on net. It’s calculated by weight so will vary by product.
Looks like there’s a scarcity of covers in the market.
Think Volac have 25 micron thickness while Epicrop have 21 microns? Used 6 layers myself but only because I only had 21 micron to hand. It gets expensive with 50% more plastic on. €85 for Epicrop 1650 meter roll.Silawrap rep telling me 6 layers of film per bale is there default.use less at your own risk he says.even with NRF on still use 6 layers as the default is on the wrap.are most wrap manufacturers the same???
Good prices there are they inl vat I presume.€77 inc for top stretch plastic off kerry agribusiness and €160 a roll for 3600m epicrop blue netting
ya both prices inc and on accountGood prices there are they inl vat I presume.
And then give out when plastic splits easy and bales have mound !!!!!!!!!!!!The only ones I bale for that don't put on 6 layers are the dairy farmers who still use 4
That's 52.80 ex vat that's a very good price, haven't seen anything under 58 ex. Does that include levy?€65 per roll inc vat for a full pallet of Rhino wrap. Have used Rhino here for a few years and it's very good. We will be putting on 6 layers.
