I'm building my home on my domestic use land adjacent to a second agricultural/forestry use parcel which I also own. I'm hesitant to ask Council to avoid red flagging it, so does anyone know if I'd need planning permission to open up a new quarry site on the forestry land to dig about 500 tons of stone to use in the gabbion foundations of the new house on my adjacent domestic parcel?
