a very well known cattle dealer nick stafford of the wexford cattle company died on friday , used to buy freisan heifers mostly down munster direction and sell them here in wexico or anywhere he could make a few bob on them, a great character that had lots of stories and experiences from his very poor beginnings up to becoming one of the biggest dealers in milkers in the country, may he rest in peace

Used to dread him turning up at a dairy show sale. Usually meant I had a very small load going home.
 
Rip , his son Niall lives in sligo and he called to the yard back in early may and was looking at heifers.workng in a different line to business now.was telling me about different breeders and different heifers from Germany etc even @massey 6480 he had memories of dealings with " jimmy " both buying and selling
