Budget, inline or offset.

Unless your ground doesn't suit it, I'd seriously consider a plain non conditioner mower instead

Ideally for budget the lower the better but want something clean that will give good service. I could up the budget next year. I don't mind inline once wheelings are cut well. All ground is suitable for a mower. I like the idea of mulching the clippings a bit if possible.
