Stitching grass seed

What’s the best way to stitch in grass seed in a field that was reseeded last September but has a lot of bare patches. I’ve got a pin Harrow but I’d imagine that will rip some of the grass out that has came good already or would a set of discs pulled through it with no cut on them be better? Thanks.

I wouldn't panic just yet by that pic.
Has it had some fert?
And what stock have you?

A good grazing and a rest period, then graze hard again and it will tiller well.
It’ll be getting fert on Monday, I’ve got some 6 month old Hereford cross calves that il put on it now and let them graze it.
Took a walk through it earlier and it seems to be in better shape from the last time I was in it.
