The Decal shed

Ok was there any problems with them? Wjstvwas it you ordered. I noted youd make alot of earlier comments
Decals was perfect when i got them, I had ordered in September and didn’t get them till end of January and had to contact ye a few times in between and was told they were sent in November. I posted on here to see if anyone had similar experience.

The decals are Perfect and of excellent quality and attention to detail can’t be faulted.
But the service could do with improvement I understand that things can get in the way and there can be delays but by going by others that posted on here it seams to be common that decals are posted and they don’t receive untill a bit of tooing and froeing on messages/emails in order to receive them or actually get them posted.

Not criticising at all just giving my opinion and my experience. Maybe a better form of ordering or managing the orders the processing them
And dispatching them could be done cause the product is top class and way above OEM decals.

Very similar experience.

Excellent product, but need to sort out the delivery end.

Give customers a realistic date of delivery. No need to kill yourself on tight deadlines either. If you tell people it will be 2 or 3 or 4 weeks, they will sequence their project accordingly. Just make sure to give people a delivery date (one you can achieve yourself without stressing yourselves) and then deliver within that date.

Decals aren't a mechanical component and machines can function without them, so lads don't generally mind waiting. What becomes annoying is not knowing when they will arrive so you can finish up a project, and then having to chase them.

Colm and you make excellent decals, that lads including myself are impressed with, just be realistic on delivery dates and stick to them.

Thank you for your feed back.

I am very curious about your point of selling 10 tractors (thereabouts) without ever speaking to the person that bought them.

Did those people buy the tractor just based on messages without ever seeing the tractor? As in ye agreed via text on a price, they transferred the money, and then a haulage firm collected them?

Were they exporters or a garage or big local contractor that has bought off you before and know you are a reliable fellow?

Otherwise, that is a huge risk to buy even a secondhand tractor for between 25-50K (i'm approximating) without at least seeing it in the flesh and meeting the seller.

I will say you come across as very genuine and decent fellow on your youtube channel - and when not trolling on here - but still I would have thought it very much an exceptional circumstance for someone to buy a tractor (given the value of the item) from someone without ever speaking to the seller.
I bought a combine from the UK it was around €40k over the phone got a video of it running, the TM165 was also bought unseen, I got on trust and gut feeling a lot.
