I meant to start this thread a few days ago but Im only catching up now. It will be a mix of what I snap on an ongoing basis plus a few bits going back the years, especially tillage operations.
To start with here are a few from this day last week just before the rains arrived back.A huge word of thanks to all involved.

Fermoy is the local town.
The JD is fairly popular around. A few nice bits arriving into the JD home recently.

One of the last spring barley setting locally taken 2 weeks back. Not the best set I ever took as I was experimenting with a polarized filter on the lense and trying different settings with the camera. A huge thanks to the contractor involved.

A few pictures from a few evenings ago. This was the first time I have actually watched and photographed the setting of maize under plastic. Nice to see it being done. One question, what was being sprayed on to the edges of the plastic as it was being placed on the ground?
I also just got my camcorder back from repairs, so you may see a video or two appear, sometime.
A huge word of thanks to Dennehy Contractors.

That would probably be the pre-em weed spray going on.

It is just before the bend there. I would think the chicken house may be factor in that crops are so good there.

Taken on the 3rd of May last, the latest grain I have seen going in around here. A lot of drainage work had been carried out on the fields in question prior to anything being planted there.
A huge word of thanks to Hurleys for their help on the day. It was very much appreciated.
