I am self driving the Hitachi for a few days. It had about 2300 hours when I started driving it in 2013 . Where the mulcher tidied up the hedges it is easy to clean the ditches. This one has not been touched in forty years.
68215 hours, high houred heros thread surely.

Decimal point in there. I was driving the previous one and the track tensioner was leaking and a couple of other problems. He sold it out from under me and he got €22K for it . It had 14000 hours on it.

If I had a digger like that on self hire, I'd be dangerous 😁

Dropped the roller back to my brother and he is doing a bit of ploughing for a reseed and he is getting a bit of dung out too

@candor god no. too many nails, flashing, cable clips, tek screws, bolts etc. not worth the effort or chain destruction to put a saw into it.

Just cutting them in half for the skip I knocked some chunks out of the chain.

@jf 850 the top layer is the aftermath of storm oephelia. the rest of the skip was the accumulation of years of crap in various corners and from home as well.

we ordered the next size smaller skip but they couldnt deliver so upgraded us to that one. good job they did or we'd have been well over.
