Bit of a pain then alright! If you had someone good at brazing they could braze a fitting onto the steel, we’ve had it done on the steel feed pipes to the jack legs on digger, it cracked just on the olive, he literally got a fitting that you’d crimp into a pipe, cut the end off it and brazed it in place

Whats it on? Presume there's a pair of rams operating through that?
Is that just a check valve? Or something more?
Presumably the valve block screws onto the ram?
Could you do away with the valve block?
T into the ram.
Then another T on the other side, crimp fit to remaining steel and bit of flex to the T?
Use inline check valves to keep it safe.
Not even sure that makes sense tbh!😆

I realised as I was drifting off to sleep last night that it was a single ram!
Can you just do away with that 'half' of the block?
Direct from pipe to ram?
You can get clamp on fittings similar enough to plumbing fittings for steel pipe.
I have the loan of a header when the end boss broke on the auger. The unloading auger mechanism broke and had to be welded. The carrier bushing for the donut disintegrated from the pressure of chopping straw . Hopefully we will have it back running in the morning . We had to unload the last three tanks of rye by attaching a rope to engage the mechanism.

I have been threatening to build this for a over a year now. Bought the trailer off adverts and it was a bad buy, axle red rotten. But sure when did that even stop anyone from throwing more money at it 
Trough at the back, legs on each corner, scratching brush on the ladder rack (another set ordered for down lower).
Blue barrel is for catching flies but the jury is out on that for now, lets see how that pans out, seen it on Youtube, could be great, could be a disaster. We can a bad doing with mastitis here a few years back and the flies certainly didn't help. Game for anything to reduce them.

blue is scientifically proven to be the best colour to attract flies. if you want to avoid it, you can paint the barrel a different colour.I have been threatening to build this for a over a year now. Handy for bringing water a distance with a car or jeep👍
If it was here and ran out of water, trailer would be upside and drinking trough dragged to furthest ditch.
Have to leave ibc outside electric fence and strap any plastic drinker to a post!
I was thinking myself a set of forks for the back of the tractor would be very handy to move full ibc.

Was going to replace a worn seat today and as it happened I had a few tidy leather single seats from a scrapped 7 seater car. Just had to make a base to match.
Then I trimmed the bottom of the new seat to level it up and then welded the base mount to it.
Gave the area a good clean out before fitting the new seat.
Then bolted in the new seat which has a built in seat belt.

A family in an old fiat motorhome broke down outside tonight, exhaust had failed and and was on the road..
Took pity on them , they were all shined up for their holidays and a few kids in the back.
It's not a pretty repair, but it sounded a whole lot quieter than when they arrived.

Jeep up for mot and needed back box for the exhaust, he went and ordered it and the pipe running forward, was to be in the next day.
Next day only the pipe arrived so he got me to weld the pipe on in a hurry and it passed mot….. that was 3 years ago.
So he went to fit the exhaust and with everything rusted up decided to replace the rest of it, or that was the plan…
What we had sitting since the last time
Needed the 2 front boxes, went to car parts place and they said can’t be got, need to go to main dealer, went there and they said they could get it…..for 3k, for half an exhaust!!!, jeep not even worth that
So I sent him for another bit of pipe, this 1 at £80
Straightened the bar that holds it up & cut it off also as needed that elsewhere
Cut the old bit off what was still on the jeep
And cut the end of the new pipe, couple of slices in the old bit and an exhaust clamp, tub of exhaust putty and job done for under £100
