What are you up to in the workshop?

Got caught out with an old amazone last week was in field beside house and went in for cup of tea and one of the rams must have being leaking a bit leaving the fertilizer dribble out on ground. 😂.

at least it was in the field. got caught a few times not closing the spinner when filling in the yard

Does it have to be replaced with new so?
It's only for opening the fert spreader.
Might dig out a spring.
Yeah it would unfortunately I don't know why they do that.
I think there spun on a lathe and the head of them is sealed.
There's a one the same set up as yours on the transmission of the cvx's and it's 800 euro.
What size is that one it will say it on it somewhere

Them amazone are a bastard for the shutter opening up ,they are some engineers .in my rauch the hyd. pressure on the shutter is to close so it could close unknown to you but there is a valve fitted where you hook up to tractor to stop this

The MDS is the same here. Have single acting rams on it and it used to open up. Dad rigged a valve into the mix and used a t joint so both rams working on one spool and when its closed we shut the valve to keep it that way

A claas screen worked on a year ago and the new bulb failed possibly cheap rubbish or possibly faulty driver chip anyway broke the replacement while fitting it so brainwave used a strip of led lights instead. Worked nicely and should be a lot more reliable.

I wish but I just don’t know how he gets access to all the circuit diagrams and components. I can do the simple power supply stuff and lighting etc but not the more complex stuff.

That's some price for it.
This one is:
0.16L
80bar
Max 210 bar
Max temp 80°C

Edit. I assume it's 8.0 and 12.0 bar.

Did you try putting a bolt or a threaded into the pin and using it as a pullers. With that and the gas you would shift most of them.
