Brexit, Covid, War, and crazy prices

I heard €75k but haven't properly sat down and had a full on discussion about a plan of attack. I'm sure a deal could be done to be paid that ceiling each year until the total amount has been reached...you'd want to really trust who you sold it to
Forestry sales exempt from income tax, might be an annual ceiling on how much, €85k is in my head, there is something to watch out for, sell it after harvesting so you could offset the harvesting cost against tax, sell as standing and you can't.

It is around that figure so best not do too much clearfall in the one year. I have 45 acres of it which will be ready for clearfall when i reach 65. That with my private pension, state pension and other investments should leave me in a nice position to Join @Bog Man sailing the seven seas

Speaking of pension fees, does anybody have an execution only PRSA? One that has minimal charges and you pick the funds yourself.

A pension is something I need to be considering starting but id like to minimise any charges companies take off you for essentially doing nothing over the lifetime of the investment.
