Cubicle bedder

Jus wondering has anyone any feedback on the bedder below...have a vink and its a good job but ti's a pain constantly filling it...work of farm and twud be handy to have something the father could use ....I don't want him using the vink spreader

Just couple issues I see straight of is those back wheels, if any great weight in the Barrell and one those wheels got stuck in between the slats while turning, depending how able your da is to lift it out, that tubular handle doesn't look like it could be used to lever out with many times either.
Also could be very top heavy full and topple over very easy on un even ground or even in a scenario like above getting stuck in the slats.
 
Buy a bobman or similar would be my advice especially if your father using it. He could break himself up if he slipped pushing that or a cow bursts into him.

It's a tool will be used nearly as much as tractor in winter. It brushes, spreads and scraps if needed.
Invaluable time and effort saving and will potentially reduce mastitis etc too. The cubicles are cleaned between rows being milked in my uncle's.

It's only dear the day you buy it. I sourced a used 1wd one from UK for small enough money for him. Treated her to a refurb and upgrade to 3wd a few years later and it's still only cost half of a new one after all that.

Ya I would advise the same if you could your best option would be a bobman and do the full sweep and lime twud be easiest for him

ya our bobman is galvanised I can’t remember how much extra it was for that but when it’s in cow shit and lime so much we were going to get it galvanised whatever the cost Qbed your thinking of ya. I don’t know anything about them to be honest nobody around me has 1 it’s all only bobmans
 
I have a bobman cubicle sweeper/bedder. Only problem is it does not have power steering so does test out the muscles turning it. I was wondering do the newer models have power steering and hydraulic brush in for transport and hydraulic out for work position?

@Billybob or anyone else?
 
Uncle sent his bobman up to main dealer to get it upgraded to 3wd and hydraulic brush in and out and a general freshen up few years ago.

Not sure if newer ones steering is powered. His is fine once your moving at all.
