Bring back the Baudous.

Dunlop Purofoots didn't last a year here which is poor form. Wasn't impressed finding it out when I was after sliding down a bank into a drain to find a fault with a blocked pipe.

On cheap Dunlops now, not their biggest fan either. Tried Bekinas, couldn't get used to them either.

Contemplating giving up the cattle and become 100% tillage farmer and I wouldn't have to wear about wellys at all then.

I have a pair of Baudous - you're welcome to them, cut the heels off me.

I’ve a pair of puroforts here and a pair of techno’s both are steel toed, pretty certain the puroforts are weeping a bit now, the technos have seen more wear I’d say but are holding up better and they would be the pair I’d prefer to be wearing

I had a pair of dunlops and a pair of techno on the go at the same time, probably in the technos a bit more, the dunlops took to leak months ago and the techno are still on the go. Both steel toed and I actually find the techno more comfortable. They all need a decent set of insoles put into them imo anyways as the ones that come only last a short while before they’d break your foot

I'm wearing these for a number of years now. I get a year out of a pair, wearing them constantly. There is also an insulated version, and a steel toe version too.

Agree 100%, a 30 euro pair of good quality insoles is key to avoiding feet and hip pain and replace every three months or so

The €12 dunlops don't last pissing time.

I have a pair of the €30 ones with nearly 4 years now.

I have a pair for maybe the last 10 years but they would get very little use. Good comfortable boots though and well insulated soles.

Have a pair and now have the replacements provided after they developed a crack in the sole early days.

I'm wearing these more at the moment and they are very comfortable. Time will tell how long they last.

If you have a broad foot then these are narrow in the middle of the sole. If the opportunity is there to try on first then do.

Purofoots don't deserve their reputation I my eyes. Very disappointed with the pair I had.

Yes, find them very good. Bought new insoles for them lately and they are like new again. Only issue I have with them is the grips catch pebbles in them at times

I had a leak at top of the sole so I got a sealant called Aquaseal for €14. Still waterproof after 3 months.
