Got price off another dealer today 110 plus again for a slightly lower spec 20. Seen another advertised on Facebook then down the country, got onto him and 105 plus for a full spec 20 datatronic and the whole lot.
That’s the thing, I’m in no rush I’ll wait till January to get a yoke no problem@Masseyrk662 You would want to start shopping for a new tractor 6 months before you actually buy it and every time you see the salesman he will knock off a few more quid.
wait till end of the year and come down to cork farm machinery. usually that time of year when mark troy might part ways with 1 or 2 machinesThat’s the thing, I’m in no rush I’ll wait till January to get a yoke no problem
Realistically I’ll probably end up buying local, it’s just a constant cycle of pricingwait till end of the year and come down to cork farm machinery. usually that time of year when mark troy might part ways with 1 or 2 machines
I was indeed, but sadly I decided to part with the 690, a member on this forum took a liking to it and is getting more use out of it than I did@Masseyrk662
I think you were looking for something like this

How anyone can mistreat a tractor like that is beyond me.branch of a tree that looks like it was rolled
Even the breakers would get hard to take that yoke, there's not a saleable panel on it, judging by the exterior i don't think I'd be looking forward to draining the oils out of her, same stuff she left the factory withIts breakers yard territory really.

Ya they use sisu across the boredI'm not well up on tractors less than ten years old, am I correct in saying MF use Sisu engines across the board now or is it only in the larger tractors.
Valtra are a fantastic tractor,if MF are now quite similar, they must be a great choice these days?
https://www.donedeal.ie/tractors-for-sale/valtra-6550/25274177Friend of mine is still looking for a 4 cylinder tractor, something that will handle a 2000g tanker, but also be suitable for feeding bales. It will work a hedgecutter. Probably 100 to 115 hp.It must have a passenger seat. He would prefer a mf. He has a budget of approx €30k. He has looked at the few 6200 and 6400 series that are 4 cylinder but everything seemed to have an issue in some way or another that put him off.
He has seen a nice 5460 which has reasonable hours and is very clean. What are they like?
Fine looking machine, forget that 7720 and buy her lolJesus I’d love to buy it
Lovely looking range of tractors the 8100 series but they had about the same reliability as the 3.0 litre troopers. There's a reason most 8100's have low hours done. They didn't always keep going. The 8200 series are what the 8100 should have been and are a good tractor.Jesus I’d love to buy it
