Ah I said it before but I might yet. I don't know though get enough slagging with me ould tik toks. Can't imagine what lads would make of the youtube🙈You really should consider starting a YouTube channel. Talking through and showing a recon a multi power and backend would make great content.
Not too bad at all, just a basic clutch pack. There's sealing rings on the input shaft and a a few seals for the valve but it's all simple enough when dismantled. I'm sure you'd be well able for it, I might make a video on the whole lot before I finish assembling it.Is the multi-power a tricky job to tackle? My own 565 is also multi-power and like many more, does not work in high for a long number of years.
Yes, that would be great if you could and it would be greatly appreciated tooNot too bad at all, just a basic clutch pack. There is 2 junction boxes underneathHave an Ifor williams cattle box, brakes and indicators are working on both sides, number plate, back and bottom front parks are working at driver side, back and front parks, fog, left number plate and both top front parks are not working at passenger side.
Bulbs look fine, spread out pins in plug, is there a junction box on them somewhere or what could be the issue?
didnt know pigeons could weldView attachment 118237
Pree lambing odds and sods recently.
The bike trailer needed new latches. The manufacturer had a poor system of simply welding the latch for the rear door and side extensions, to each other, inside the box upright.
Heck of a job to get out, but managed.
Decided to weld up the sides solid, as I hadn't opened them in the 10 yrs we've had the trailer.
Best thing I've done! Gone from being a rattly noisy bugger to nice and quiet!
This one can!didnt know pigeons could weld
Only yanking yer chainThis one can!
I know, nothing pretty.
But welding galvanised is never easy, even after a run of the flappy disk! And let alone on thin steel!
Please don't, the welds might give up!🤣Only yanking yer chain
Lovely machine 👌...can I have it ?Meaning to do it for ages, but made up frame and bolted a tm carrier to the 8830. Have full pack on it now but may be painted when the weather warms up.
Thanks , everything is for sale or swap 😜Lovely machine 👌...can I have it ?

Likewise. I caught my back from one years ago when it fell on me after being caught by the wind. It was a cheap lesson. You took the sheeting off to rehang it, good call.
I rehung a slightly smaller one a few years back without stripping it. Not an experience I'd like to repeat
The lights work off brown and black wires, one for each side. There is a break some where. Try your vehicle out on a trailer with known good lights or try the trailer in question on a vehicle you know the trailer socket is known to be good. You ll eliminate the trailer or towing vehicle that way first. Then check the plug on the trailer first for broken wires as it gets the most moving around. After that it’s full inspector Clouseau in the trailer, junction boxes first and then individuall lights them selves.Have an Ifor williams cattle box, brakes and indicators are working on both sides, number plate, back and bottom front parks are working at driver side, back and front parks, fog, left number plate and both top front parks are not working at passenger side.

Anything like Irish mammies you may hide the wooden spoon before she does notice 😂View attachment 118337
Needed something to stop bottles rattling about in the bike's 'boot'. Turns out a dishwasher cuttlery basket (minis handle) is spot on!
Mother hasn't noticed yet though
We were up to no good as kids one night & long story short myself & a mate got taken home by a homeowner....mate got laid into with a plastic spade, he had a hard time living that one down, probably early teens at the timeAnything like Irish mammies you may hide the wooden spoon before she does notice 😂
