Brake fluid

Doing a few bit`s to the tractor here at home (landini) and want to top up the brake fluid . Looking at the manual it need`s xerons 3 brake fluid ? Is that just basically dot 3 brake fluid . Google is throwing up this from qtp @marlyman .http://www.qtponline.com/products/brake-63302.html?filter_set[0]=1093,1138&

Ohh I don't think so, in fact I'm sure it's not. The fluid in the local landini dealers doesn't have either dot3 or lhm on the bottle just landini brake fluid. It's a red oil and to me looks similar to atf, but as I wouldn't mess with it and just wait and get the right fluid

Edit. Just checked the Castrol application guide and it didn't give anything for the brakes on a mythos but said for a ghibli to use lhm.

quick note on all the brake liquid types ,
Dot 3/4 are silicone based fluids, now called landini aza 4
LHM is Mineral Based fluid, now called landini aza LHN
Landind AZA Red is Landinis attempt to go it on their own.

Brother was at the dealers other day for a few bits and was given this to top up the brake fluid

Checked with them again yesterday to make sure he wasn't given the wrong can but no that's what goes in it .
