Very hard to take a picture showing the sheer scale of the 3 gorges dam. There are 6 locks each raising or lower the ships by 100 feet, each lock will take 8 standard sized ocean barges.

Xian is one of the old capitals where the terracotta warriors were found in the seventies.

Whole garlic and dyed cloves of garlic, they are mad into their garlic. There was enough already in the food for me. That was mutton that you cook yourself in a spicy stock, so good with a few beers.
