Havnt been taking many photos in the last while.bought a bull last Saturday passed at a pedigree sale in the local mart, first timing using the marteye app and buying on it, a great job I must say the online bidding is, hopefully he will do well. well pleased with him so far but hopefully the calves will be good fingers crossed 7 cows calved and outside with the bull, 8 left to go hopefully they’ll be done in the next few weeks for time for the herd test on the 16th have 8 bullocks and another 5 heifers waiting to get the field when the herd test is done also, no better sight then seeing them in the field

He's a nice animal. He will bring nice golden calves from those red cows.

Yeah, bought the new batch of bullocks, 6 suckler bred, charolais and 6 dairy bred, black cattle, usually would have slow to 20. I need to work on the field they are usually kept in so probably won't get anymore.

Turret although the fields they are in are generally called terrats around here. Lookout tower for local castle, it was a dwelling house before my time, a man called the Rover lived in it I believe
