The 6610 takes a 622 battery and some have a 629 fitted, so that’s either 143Ah or 190Ah
Will need a decent enough charger for them, I’m using a ctek here and I highly recommend them, have had it a few years and have put their eyelet connectors on the batteries here so can connect charger quickly and easily, also have a noco jumpstart kit which is great and they do good chargers too
If you want cheap and cheerful there’s ring, sealey and Halfords chargers. Check if the Jeep has stop/start or an agm battery as the cheaper brands can’t charge these
