Rep was passing and he stopped looking for business 🤣🤣. He said himself, not the best day to call in

114 incl delivered today. Heard it’s going up next week too.

We have a good rep, but always worth ringing around before pricing just to keep them honest.

I never knew they had reps, what do they need them for, do you not just ring the office and get a price
 
I think a lot of the time they get away with that by buying out the shareholders but not merging the companies.

It stays as independent companies even though they're owned by the one owners

Sadly, all too many feel that way at times. Farming can be a lonely ol occupation if you're single.

Many years ago, as a very young and naive 16 year old, I can remember a discussion with a now long deceased bachelor uncle.
He told me that while farming can be a great way of life, it can also be very lonely, with one working away in the fields, day in day out, on one's own, and then heading back to a cold and lonesome empty house, at the end of the day.
I didn't apprecaite or understand at the time, what he was trying to expain to me, but with the benefit of hindsight, I now fully understand the message he was trying to impress on me.
The social aspect of life is so very important, but we sometimes tend to get so engrossed in what we are doing with work, we can neglect that side of things.
