Caheragh Tractor Run is on Sunday, Silage Cutting CANCELLED

"Caheragh Charity Tractor Run – Update
Due to the weather, the Silage Cutting has been cancelled — but the Charity Tractor Run is still going ahead!
Registration will now start at 12pm at Travellers Rest, Caheragh, with the run beginning at 2pm.
There’ll be plenty of food and refreshments, and we’ve got live music lined up with Michael Ronan from 4–6pm followed by The Nagle Sisters at 7:30pm.
All proceeds go to West Cork Rapid Response in memory of Tony Dempsey. We’re looking forward to seeing you all there for a great day! "

Ahiohill Vintage Club Vintage Harvest Day is on Sunday 2nd August

"As part of our upcoming Harvest Day we are honouring a local man who sadly passed away last December. Dominic Crowley of Ballinadee was known throughout Cork County and beyond for his superbly built DC Trailers. We thank the Crowley family for allowing us to showcase his craft and workmanship by displaying some of his trailers on the day. We encourage people to get in touch with us who may have trailers built by Dominic and who would like to join us on the day. The event takes place on Sunday the 2nd of August"

Well folks, the second of many announcements surrounding this years event has left the stable! Country music star Sabrina Fallon who is a cousin of Mike Denver winner of multiple awards on the country music circuit will be providing the entertainment in both the event field and later that night at the The Four Winds Ahiohill. Craic, ceol and dancing galore! A special thanks to Hot Country TV for this yesrs involvement! Sunday August the 2nd all roads lead to Ahiohill!!"

• This years event is celebrating 50 years of the Ford 100 series tractors from the 2600 all the way up to the 9700, We welcome everybody with a Ford 100 series tractor to attend the day whether it be working or just static display
