It was a Renault and I kept it for three years and traded it in for the First New Class Kellys sold . I think it was about £3000 difference.

The 6506 was the naturally aspirated version of the 6600. At the time you could buy one and add an aftermarket turbo and it was still cheaper than the 6600. The 6510 had a turbo right from the off.

I think it was a straight 6 cylinder engine mated to a 6400 backend.

6600 had a 5.9L 6 cylinder turbo engine and a back end near identical to a 6400

6506 had a 6.8L no turbo and 6400 back end

6800 and 6900 had a 6.8L turbo and the back end was heavier than the 6600 etc.

6510 replaced the 6506 as a straight six.

The 6520 started without a turbo then was turbocharged when the common rail came out,father in law had an early one with a retrofit turbo.

Something wrong there, 6610 listed as 110mm stroke but still giving the same displacement as 127mm stroke with same bore.
