The fronts are about 15% and the backs are about 80%, the loader is a Massey
I'm not sure about the spec, it's the uncles tractor

Condition is everything and a/c, aux hydraulic pump and the seat will have a big bearing on price. Can't really comment without pictures, it is very desirable though. Won't be a hard sell

If it’s good condition it has to be worth 40k. Get new front tyres if the rims need to be sprayed do that as well just makes it a easier sell. Any rusty tin (the battery box can be rusty) sand that and spray it. Just make it look the best u can.
