I reckon could be a 6s.200, you on about this new release they have end of the month ?I think MF maybe coming to their senses, a 7S.220 would be nice.
Bringing back a 6497/7497 replacement, I think.I reckon could be a 6s.200, you on about this new release they have end of the month ?

8.5T 220hp tractor.
No, the 6497 was only about 200kgs heavier than the 6490, the 6485 &90 were discontinued when the 77xxS was launched.wont the 97 and 99 not be far off the size of the 8s?
only that much? No, the 6497 was only about 200kgs heavier than the 6490, the 6485 &90 were discontinued when the 77xxS was launched.
Same wheelbase and size, but tended to be on bigger wheels. I was wrong on the weights, the 6497 is about 1/3ton heavier than the smaller one and the 6499 an other 1/3ton heavier again.only that much?
they were physically bigger than the 95
i had a 7499 next to my 7480 1 day and the 80 looked like it should have been on a yard scraperSame wheelbase and size, but tended to be on bigger wheels. I was wrong on the weights, the 6497 is about 1/3ton heavier than the smaller one and the 6499 an other 1/3ton heavier again.
Working weight v shipping weight.Mines heavier than 6850kgs,closer to 7500
I will guess somewhere between 8.4T and 8.7TI must put the 6499 on the weight bridge
I thought they had changed to lorries. I hadn't seen them on the road in years. They had a couple of them on the road back maybe 10 years or more and you'd sometimes see them in convoy on the N4.Had the "Buddy" this morning with nuts, fine lump of a tractor, 191 driver says 7000 hours trouble free.

Thats a sub contractors tractor, @mixed fleet will confirm but same man has 7/8 or more lorries hired in to buddy as well.I thought they had changed to lorries. We had a lad in galway that delivered to us with tractor and trailer but he stopped and said that it wasn't cost effective. Nuts come from edgeworthstown now and are cheaper than anything we can get over there. How cost effective is that!
Yeah that's a subbie, R.F it's usually lorries . Kiernans, themselves ran tractors (Deere's) back the years but went back to lorries .Thats a sub contractors tractor, @mixed fleet will confirm but same man has 7/8 or more lorries hired in to buddy as well.
